Introduction

OK, so iBryant.com has been around for about ten years now, and this is the third major version of the site. Bryant Haines is a family man, a professional project manager, a serial entrepreneur, a camper and a mormon - among many other things. Bryant is also a conservative, a defense contractor, and an MBA student. He is not, however, an outside linebacker at Ball State University. That's another Bryant Haines. (I know, strange, huh?) Nonetheless, Bryant is a screaming football fan (Roll Tide!) and passionate about everything he does. That helps if you want to be successful in any of the endeavors Bryant engages.

Feel free to browse the site, to contact Bryant, and to check out the links and information provided.

Why I Have This Site

Remember back as Y2K approached and everyone was preparing for the end of technology? I decided then to develop a personal site. It was also when so many people were launching two or three page sites about nothing, and I certainly didn't want to be left out. I initially used the site to promote my skills so I could mention it in an interview I had coming up. I built the first version of the site over that week-end and it did in fact help me get the job offer. But then I turned down the offer and decided just to continue expanding the site with my graphics portfolio and personal interests. Pretty exciting stuff so far, right? Well, all that was before web 2.0 and blogging and all that. Now I keep this site more as a personal thing. I'll figure out what happens with it next.

I have three primary pages here, not counting the archived pages and content from the prior version 1 and version 2 sites. My personal page talks mostly about who I am and where my interests send me. My family page centers on my photo gallery. My profesional page talks about where I have been and where I really want to go. I also have a similar site that I created more recently at BryantHaines.com.

Why You Are Here

You know, that raises a really good question. Why are you here? Are you stalking me? You're kind of creaping me out. But I have narrows it down to three major reasons why you might be here. First, you were curious about me or what it is I do. Not sure why you would be curious, but that's ok. Second, you think I am #49 from Ball State. I am not. He seems like a really kewl dude and a great football player, but he and I have never met. Third, I may have sent you here; either to a specific link that is not published or linked from within the main site pages, or just as a signature or other link I often provide.
